This Fox McCloud costume was created from files ripped from the N64 game, Super Smash Brothers. The head was made from Sintra Board, a lightweight material made out of PVC, cut on a CNC machine courtesy Cigar Box Studios in Marlboro, NY. Later upgrades to the costume include larger eyes made with painted buckram, fists made from Sintra, and handles inside the fist designed in Fusion 360 and printed in PLA.
